Categories follow Meta’s message template documentation; Meta assigns the final category when it reviews each template, and charges per its pricing documentation.
Ask for a review a few days after delivery or a visit, not immediately; customers need time to form an opinion.
Use quick replies for ratings, then check the campaign’s Replies tab for “Not good” and follow up personally the same day.
Send referral invitations to customers who rated you highly; satisfied customers are the most likely to refer.
Ask one question with three quick replies (Great / OK / Not good); open-ended surveys get fewer answers.
